Senior Structural Engineer
Requirements: 4 year related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience. 4-7+ years experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, management and estimating.
Duties
- Full responsibility for design input feasibility, project and office management. You will be at the forefront of all operations, and will pioneer and push the business forward. A proven track record in design and building construction essential.
- Provide overall management direction for multiple projects of medium to large size and complexity.
Compensation: To be determined based on the ability level for the above requirements and duties.
Experienced Estimators
Requirements: 4 year related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience. 4-7+ years estimating, cost control and/or engineering experience related to similar construction.
Duties
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for assigned projects of medium to large size and complexity.
- Computer skills relating to estimating, spreadsheets and word processing is crucial.

Project Managers

Field Crafts Personnel
Requirements: Perform proficient, skilled erection of light gauge metal framing members using screws, bolts, and powder actuated fasteners.
Duties
- Assist in stocking of light gauge metal framing materials.
- Identify the appropriate light gauge framing materials.
- Measure, calculate, and cut to size the proper materials.
- Lift materials into position and secure with appropriate devices.
- Properly plumb, align, and brace erected work.

Coordinators
