The Construction Management Division of CEC was formed in 1997 to provide our customers a way to orchestrate your building in collaboration with the designer/subcontractor of your choice by managing the construction process as the owner’s representative.
In selecting our construction management services, customers benefit from our construction expertise, advice, and assistance during the pre-construction design activities and during construction.
CEC provides preliminary estimates and schedules for the project; manages the design and construction process; solicits subcontractor bid interest and participation; and performs bid tabulation, review, and negotiations on behalf of the owner.
