This project is a ground up project for the new medical offices in Williamsburg, VA. Roll forming of our own light gauge metal stud line was used on this project. CEC was able to make 8" light gauge structural steel members and panelizes them on site minimizing extensive shipping efforts and increased labor burdens. The waste for this project was minimized to fractions of conventional framing practices. This project used 100% green building practices and exceeds all industry standards. All light gauge truss manufacturing took place on our onsite panel table which also allowed us to cut down on excessive shipping. This allows CEC and our customer to actively minimize fuel usage and other environmental concerns we are burdened with.
