The site for the project is at 2400 West Ave, Newport News, Virginia. The project is a new federal courthouse which will consist of specialized courtrooms, United States Marshall offices, and related space. This building is four stories and 35,000 SF.

Warwick Forest Retirement Community

The project is in Newport News, Virginia. The project is new construction of four buildings:
- Two buildings, three stories each, wood framed independent living apartment buildings, 165,393 GSF, 96 total units
- One-story, 26,279 GSF wood-framed Community Center
- 8,642 GSF Administration Building (addition to existing Skilled Nursing Center)
- 12,380 GSF renovation of existing skilled nursing center.

Cedar Valley Shopping Center

The site for the project is Williamsburg, Virginia. The project is a new strip shopping center which will consist of Starbucks Coffee, Radio Shack, Reico, Hair Cuttery and Movie gallery and future tenant spaces. The building is one story with 50,000 SF.
Reico Kitchen and Bath

The project is located at 800 East Rochambeau Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia. The project is new construction of a one-story interior commercial space with a total of 6575 SF to include showroom, offices and restrooms.
Emergency Communications Center Expansion
Services provided:
- General Contractor
The project is at 2400 Washington Ave Newport News, Virginia. The project consists of the expansion of the 911 emergency communications center and addition of a space for the information technology department at the city hall building. Items of work include selective demolition of walls, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical items. New work will include the installation of new walls, ceilings, and finishes as well as the installation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical items.
